The Wild Dunes Community Association is a private, non-profit, incorporated organization in which all property owners are members who share ownership of the common properties.
The Community Association provides continuity between the various Wild Dunes neighborhoods by insuring architectural integrity, maintaining common properties, providing services to owners, promoting community pride and protecting property values.
All community asssociations have three basic, defining characteristics:
- Membership in the association is mandatory and automatic for all owners.
- Governing documents create a binding relationship between each owner and the association.
- Mandatory assessments are charged to each owner to fund the operation of the association and maintenance of the common properties.
People who choose to live in private communities value the benefits of community association living. Community associations are created to:
- Manage the common properties.
- Provide services to the owners.
- Develop a sense of community through social activities, enchancements and amenities.
