Property owners must complete a decal application and be current in assessments and fees to obtain decals.  Applications are mailed in January with the annual assessment bills.

• Decals are issued once the annual property assessments, fees and any past due balances are paid in full.
• Each property is entitled to 3 free decals per year.  Additional decals are $30.
• Decals are issued to owners and their immediate family members only.

To obtain entry via the barrier-gated lanes, owners may purchase a barcode for $25.  An owner must have a current Property Owners Decal with a white border to use a barcode.

New Car or New Windshield
Replacement decals and barcodes will be provided at NO CHARGE as long as the original decal and barcode (or pieces) are returned to WDCA.  Otherwise, the replacement cost is $30 and $25 respectively.
