Property owners must complete a decal application and be current in assessments and fees to obtain decals. Applications are mailed in January with the annual assessment bills.

Decals are issued once the annual property assessments, fees and any past due balances are paid in full.
The first three decals are free; all others are $30.00.
Decals are issued to owners and their immediate family members only.
Property Owner decals with the white border designate property ownership in Wild Dunes and are only issued to vehicles registered to property owners.
If a property is owned by a partnership, the three free decals will be issued to the Managing Partner. All additional decals are $30.00.

New Car...New Windsheild...

Remember replacement decals will be provided at NO CHARGE as long as the original decal or its pieces are returned to WDCA. If the decal was lost or left on the car, the replacement cost will be $30.00.
