Property Owners’ Beach House CLOSED for Renovations!

 Improvements to include:

  • A modest expansion of the downstairs room, including an expanded kitchen, addition of a handicap accessible restroom, floor to ceiling windows and an expanded deck facing the beachfront, accessible from the room.
  • The outdoor deck on the south side of the building will be expanded and will include a second-floor deck accessible from the both the ground and first level of the building.
  • The upstairs room will be slightly expanded to improve its functionality.
  • Restrooms on the first and second floors will be fully renovated.
  • An elevator will make all levels more accessible.
  • Additional Parking
  • Access controls to limit the facility to property owner use are being reviewed.

Update as of July 26, 2024

If you haven’t been by the Beach House lately, pilings are completed and framing has started.  The Beach House is now CLOSED for any future reservations.  Projected completion is December of 2024.

Power to the building was shut off October 27th, 2023 so the restrooms are closed. There is a port-o-let on site.  A portable restroom trailer is now on site near the picnic shelter.

Owner parking on the west side of the existing parking lot will remain accessible through most of the renovation work. We encourage owners to bike, walk or take your cart to the Beach House.  Please note, Beach Club Villas or surrounding neighborhoods are not to be used for overflow parking.   Regular updates will be provided to keep you posted on our progress.
