Regime Associations
In addition to the Wild Dunes Community Association, there are also homeowner associations and condominium association regimes for certain neighborhoods. These associations require payment of fees separate from the Wild Dunes Community Association to maintain common properties such as pools, tennis courts, etc. in those neighborhoods.
