The Property Owners’ Beach House offers a variety of outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and enjoyment, all with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Property owners can take advantage of both open and covered decks, as well as a scenic picnic area, perfect for gathering with family and friends in a private coastal setting. These exclusive outdoor spaces offer a peaceful retreat for owners to
relax, take in the ocean breeze, and enjoy the beauty of Isle of Palms.

• Outdoor Picnic Space – A shaded, comfortable area ideal for picnics
• Wi-Fi access
• Charcoal grills
• First-Floor Deck & West Upper Deck – Spacious open-air and covered decks providing
  unobstructed ocean views, accessible to property owners during daylight hours.

While these areas are available for all property owners to use, they cannot be reserved, ensuring a welcoming and shared experience for the community.

Access to the parking area, picnic shelter, grounds, and decks is reserved for Wild Dunes property owners only.

A valid 2025 Owner’s Decal is required for entry and parking.

Please note the Beach House property is under 24-hour video surveillance.

Towing will be strictly enforced.
