Architectural Review

General Information

All exterior work requires a WDCA Building Permit. To obtain a WDCA Building permit, a proper application with supporting documentation must be submitted and approved. The ARC meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and the submittal deadline for information is the Wednesday prior to the meeting date.

The ARC has jurisdiction in the following areas:

  • All properties inside the Wild Dunes Security Gates, except Destination Wild Dunes properties and commercial amenities (i.e. golf clubhouse, tennis center)
  • Lots on 57th Avenue, as well as 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 43rd Avenue; 15, 16, 17, 18 44th Avenue; 15 & 17 45th Avenue

Communications relative to ARC matters, including submittal of plans, requests for meetings with the staff or ARC, should be made in writing and emailed to jacobh@wilddunesowners.org or mailed to:

Neighborhood Colors

All exterior painting within Wild Dunes requires a Wild Dunes Building Permit, even if the paint color will remain the same. All color changes require ARC approval prior to painting.

Certain areas within Wild Dunes vary from this general policy by specifying a distinctive theme and incorporating a style of materials and colors unique to the area. If you live in the following neighborhoods please email jacobh@wilddunesowners.org to request a list of approved colors: Grand Pavilion, Lake Village, Pelican Bay, Seaside Cottage, Sandcrab Court, Sandpiper Court and Twin Oaks Lane.
