Owner Payments

The Wild Dunes Community Association has contracted Alliance Association Bank to process your yearly assessments and decal/barcode fees. Remember: your 2024 Annual Assessment ($900) and short-term rental access fee if applies ($100) is due January 31st, 2024. Late charges will NOT be added to your account as long as Alliance Association Bank receives your payment in full before January 31st. Per the Wild Dunes Community Associations CC&R’s, payments received after January 31st will incur a late fee set forth at 1.5% per month.

How to Pay Your Annual Assessment

Required for all payment methods:

• You must provide your Management Company ID: 8103
• You must provide your Association ID: WD62
• You must provide your Property Account Number: This can be found on your invoice or call 843-886-8847.

1. Bill Pay Service

Using your own bank’s Bill Payment service is the recommended method.

Credit Card payment

Owners may use a credit card to make their payments. A fee of $19.95 is charged for this option.

Make Credit Card Payment

eCheck/ACH payment

This payment option allows you to create a direct debit to your checking account. You can choose this method to make a one-time payment. There is no fee to use this service.

3. US Postal Service Option

To mail your payment:

1. Send your payment to this address, using the envelope that was mailed with your invoice.
2. If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate check and coupon for each property.

Decal applications need to be completed and mailed to the address below. Decal applications can be found on our website after you have logged in as an owner under “Forms & Documents.”
